Ways to prevent high risk pregnancy

Well-balanced diet
Consume more multivitamins, iron, calcium and folic acid.
Rest more
Bed rest is important to improve the blood circulation to the placenta. It is advisable to lie over the left side while sleeping.
Get more oxygen
Those mothers with poor placenta function should breathe in deeply 3 times daily and each session should be about 30 minutes.
Good emotional control
It is important to remain in a good mood during pregnancy.
Regular antenatal check-up
It is crucial to go for antenatal check-up regularly and receive treatment when needed.
Every pregnancy involves risk. High-risk pregnant women may require more care before, during, and after giving birth. This helps to reduce the possibility of complications.
However, a high-risk pregnancy does not guarantee that you or your fetus will experience complications. Despite having exceptional health needs, many people have safe pregnancies and normal labor and delivery.
There may be ups and downs with a high-risk pregnancy. Try to have a positive mindset as you take steps to promote a healthy pregnancy. Most importantly, maintain frequent contact with your healthcare professional to lower your risk of pregnancy issues.
