Job Description:

• Implement Sales & Advertising Plan, Strategies for existing and new projects.
• Plan, manage and supervise the sales & advertising team on achieving targeted objectives in terms of carrying out effective and innovative sales & advertising strategies
• Conduct and analyse market survey and potentials leads to companies sales and advertising which include market size, major
• Identify & hunt for new potential customers from various industry for our digital marketing & advertising services. 
• Propose digital marketing & advertising solutions & conclude sales contract.
• Conduct client survey and background checks to ascertain advertising history, preference and needs
• Meet & achieve monthly sales target to be rewarded with lucrative sales commission.
• Create clear job order to internal team for implementation of digital marketing strategies and execution to deliver customer expectation. 
• Followup & secure payment from customers to balance and smoothen the accounting book and cashflow.
• Maintain good working relationship with new and existing customers to establish client base
• Prepare and offer proposals to clients indicating their interest in providing advertising services
• Plan and deliver sales pitches to potential customers convincing them to purchase an ad space

Job Requirement:

• At least 4 years of working experience sales and advertising or related fields is required for this position. 
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business management
• Strong written and communication skills in English and BM. Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus point as some of our online users are mandarin speaking. 
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.
