  • How quickly can you deliver?
    Once orders are placed, generally it would take 5 – 7 days to reach you inclusive of processing and delivery time throughout West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, generally it would take 7 – 14 days.
    However, there are some brands that are from overseas and the orders would require around 3 – 4 weeks to be delivered.
  • How can I track my order?
    You should have received an email confirmation for your order. You also can track your order at your My Account > order history.
  • Can I change my delivery address after I have made an order?
    Yes, please chat with us using our Live Chat function and we will help you out. If an order has been released to a courier company (usually within 24 hours of your order), it will not be possible for us to change the delivery address. Kindly double check your delivery address before making any payment.
  • Why have I not received my order?
    If your order has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, kindly get in touch with us on our “Contact Us” page or leave us a message on our Live Chat.
  • Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
    Yes, that option is available during your checkout process. On the left at the bottom of the page, tick “Ship to a different address?” and fill in the details there. Kindly double check your delivery address before making any payment.

  • Can I call to place an order?
    We don’t accept phone orders, but if you can’t find an item, our customer service representative can assist you. Please contact our customer care team by emailing us at cs.mamacliqs@mamanet.co or kindly leave a message at our Live Chat function.
  • Can I place my order online and collect it from MamaCliqs?
    Sorry, we do not offer pickup services.
  • How do I know if my online order has been successful?
    When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email.
  • How can I amend and cancel my order?
    We are unable to amend existing orders once they have been placed. Kindly contact our customer care team by emailing us at cs.mamacliqs@mamanet.co or kindly leave a message at our Live Chat function for assistance on the matter.
  • How do I make an order?
    Select the product you want, enter the quantity you need, and click “add to basket”. Click on the “shopping cart” at the top right hand – your full shopping basket will be displayed. Click on “check-out” at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to the check-out form – you will be required to enter in payment details and billing & delivery address.
  • How do I use a promotion coupon?
    In order to use a promotion coupon, you will need to enter the promotion code at the “Cart” page or at the “Checkout” page.
    When you view “Cart”, there will be a text box underneath your cart items which allows you to enter your promotion code. Click apply and the discount will be applied to your order.
    You can also apply coupon code for discounts at the top right of the “Checkout” page above your order list.
  • Why is my promotion/voucher code not working?
    Each promotion code has its own terms and conditions. For full details, please refer to the terms and conditions on your promotional voucher. Some specific products, such as nett priced items, may be excluded from the promotion/voucher.
    The most common reasons for promotion codes not working are: expired codes, non-eligible products or not hitting promotion requirements. Please note that promotion codes are case-sensitive.   • What is your payment gateway?
    We have a secure payment gateway that accepts online credit and debit cards and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transactions over the internet. Currently we are using iPay88 and Razer Merchant Services.
  • How secure is shopping with mamacliqs.com?
    When sensitive credit card details are passed through our website, the information will be automatically encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level encryption commercially available). We accept online credit card payments and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transactions over the internet. Please note that mamacliqs.com does not collect or process credit card info on transactions from MamaCliqs. These are done at partners’ platforms (iPay88 and Razer Merchant Services).

  • Are prices competitive?
    We work hard to make our prices as competitive as possible, and offer some of the lowest prices online. We encourage customers to compare prices. 
  • Do you give any points?
    We want to make sure that our customers are rewarded for shopping with us and so we are giving out points every time you make purchases. Our points are rewarded based on the value of the customers’ purchases and can be redeemed to get a discount on the following purchases as long as there are points in your account.
  • I cannot remove and add items into my shopping cart. Why and how to resolve this?
    It could be a memory problem at Internet Explorer. Please do the following:
    1. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies
    2. Press YES.
    3. Close your Internet Explorer and reopen it, the problem should be resolved.
